Our Kitchen

You can cook delicious meals at our modern kitchen furnished with microwave oven, normal oven, stove, fridge and all the kitchen items from pans to  bowls in many sizes.  You can get fresh products and vegetables from Kas groceries or preferable from local bazaar that is set for every Friday  from local producers.

In addition, we can arrange for you local food and mezes in a wide varity if you so desire for an evening or a barbeque preparation by our gardener.  Enjoy your meals at our ouside dinner table at incredible backdrop of the sea view thanks to our exceptional high altitude view location. 2. For Meal Catering we are in agreement with quality restaurant owners or local people that know how to provide incredible mix of cuisines, textures, styles such as mezes from eggplant, beans, stuffed grape leaves and many more with an oudside stand to a perfectly plated five course Turkish dinner. It’s a wonderful array of the freshest Kas’ produce and accompanied by seafood or meatballs exemplifying the true essence of a Turkish dinner.
3. The food takes on a whole new meaning with a garden that grows ingredients (think: crab apples, grapes, figs, cherry tomatoes, and more) that find their way into the restaurant’s cocktails and seasonal dishes. Sunflowers, morning glories, honeysuckles, clematis, and periwinkles add to this full-fledged garden paradise.
